Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notification. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance.
Either party may terminate the banking relationship with appropriate notice. We may close accounts immediately for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
